Processing Timeframes

Termination by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting see789 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Accounts with active withdrawals or ongoing disputes may not be closed until those matters are resolved.

Termination by see789

see789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe after being prompted.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction of the account.
• Prolonged account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months with no login activity and a zero balance.

Where termination is initiated by see789 for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method within 10 business days. Where termination follows confirmed fraud or serious breach, see789 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which see789 holds its gaming licence. see789 is a licensed and internationally regulated gaming platform.

Dispute Resolution Process
